The Teledyne LeCroy ZS1000 is a high-impedance active probe offering 1 GHz analog bandwidth and 10:1 attenuation ratio, ideal for capturing high-frequency signals with minimal distortion. It features 1 MΩ input resistance and ultra-low 0.9 pF capacitance for excellent signal fidelity, with ±8 V dynamic input range and ProBus connectivity.
