Cuenta con memoria ampliable de 16 GSa, DSP integrado para generación en tiempo real de señales y distorsiones, y soporta señales complejas como PAM4, NRZ y chirps.
Diseñado para investigación avanzada, radar de banda ancha, Satcom y comunicaciones ópticas, admite señales de hasta 32 GBaud y más allá. La sincronización de hasta 16 canales es posible con el módulo M8197A.
