The Tektronix MSO46 is the 6-channel model in the 4 Series MSO family: a mid-range mixed signal oscilloscope with FlexChannel inputs that accept either an analog probe or an 8-bit TLP058 logic probe, a 13.3-inch HD touchscreen and Spectrum View. It samples at 6.25 GS/s with a 12-bit ADC (up to 16-bit in High Res mode).
Bandwidth is set by option, and the MSO46 is available at 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz, 1 GHz, 1.5 GHz. Each configuration has its own listing in the Available configurations table on this page.
