The Keithley 2651A is a high-power System SourceMeter capable of 20 A DC and 50 A pulsed at up to 40 V, with 2000 W pulse power; two units can be combined for 100 A. Dual high-speed digitisers capture transient behaviour, making it ideal for characterising power semiconductors such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, GaN and SiC devices, as well as high-brightness LEDs and solar cells.
