The Keithley 2820 is an RF vector signal analyser covering 400 MHz to 4 GHz, built for high-speed production test of wireless devices, modules and RF components. It measures channel power, spectrum and modulation quality for standards such as GSM, WCDMA and WLAN, and is commonly paired with the Keithley 2910 or 2920 vector signal generator.
