The Keysight (Agilent) 8684D is a cavity-tuned, microprocessor-enhanced solid-state signal generator with a frequency range of 5.4 to 18.0 GHz and output power from -130 dBm to +10 dBm.
It features AM, FM, and pulse modulation, a built-in pulse generator, and three LED displays for frequency, modulation, and level monitoring, with resolutions of 10 MHz and 0.1 dB respectively.
