The Tektronix CSA803 Communications Signal Analyzer features 8.8 μs rise time, 200 kHz sampling rate, and up to 50 GHz bandwidth with SD series sampling heads. It supports single-ended and differential TDR/TDT, timing resolution to 0.01 ps, and 8-bit vertical resolution.
