The Tektronix MDO3SA is a one-time, permanent spectrum analyzer upgrade for MDO3000 Series oscilloscopes, extending input frequency range from 9 kHz to 3 GHz and capture bandwidth to 3 GHz. It activates via a single-use hardware key, not required after installation.
This upgrade allows users to perform comprehensive spectral analysis on most consumer wireless standards using Tektronix MDO3000 Series 2 or 4 Analog Channel Mixed Domain Oscilloscopes.
