The Tektronix MSO22 2-BW-100 is the 100 MHz bandwidth configuration of the MSO22, a 2-channel 2 Series MSO. It samples at 2.5 GS/s with a 12-bit ADC, and offers 10 M points record length as standard. The 2 Series MSO is a lightweight, portable mixed signal oscilloscope with the same touchscreen user interface as the 4, 5 and 6 Series, suited to bench, field and education use.
Bandwidth on the 2 Series MSO is set by software option, so the MSO22 can be ordered at 70 MHz, 100 MHz, 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz. This listing is for the 100 MHz unit (option 2-BW-100). If you need a different bandwidth, see the MSO22 overview page for all configurations.
