The Tektronix TCP202 DC Coupled Current Probe enables direct DC and AC current measurements when used with a Tektronix TDS oscilloscope, featuring a 50 MHz bandwidth, 15A DC + Peak AC current, and 50A peak pulse current. It connects via TEKPROBE™ BNC interface and offers split-core construction for easy use.
